DenCoKID and our community partners, COKID, IDA-RMB, The Reading League Colorado, and Vertical Skills Academy are hosting several showings of the noted dyslexia documentary "Left Behind," across the Denver metropolitan area. You can register to attend the film by clicking HERE.
Whether you were able to attend the Left Behind film screening or not, we invite you to take part in an engaging community discussion led by Rachel Arnold, CALT, C-SLDS, and President of the Rocky Mountain Branch of the International Dyslexia Association. Together, we’ll explore the film’s key themes—systemic barriers and supports for students, families, and educators—and discuss how we can bring its lessons into our homes, schools, and communities.
